The first time we had gotten in an accident was in 1999 and USAA (our ins company) told us it was our fault. My ex husband had gone so far as to make a colored diagram of what had happened, which they never even looked at. Your insurance company is supposed to fight for you, we had witnesses that it was the other ladies fault. Since then they've only gotten worse, not just for insurance but for banking and loans as well. We are done with USAA. Terrible customer service, rude employees and they don't even take notes about your conversation so you have to repeat everything over and over again. I'm so ready to be done with them.
