Non-existent customer service
I have tried since last year to get the mailing address changed for my employer. We continually get notices that we are either behind on payments or have paid more than 1 month in advance. We try to send our payments at least 1 week prior the due date on the 1st, always including the payment coupon indicating which payment we are making. For some reason we are only having problems with the medicareRx plans.
