I am the administrator of a Medicare Supplement with UA. They cover 200 lives with our Senior Care supplement. We have NEVER had a problem with anyone having to pay anything out of pocket. If a member receives a bill, it is because the doctor or hospital did not submit it to the right agency. In any case, if I receive a call from a member that has received a bill, I call my UA rep. and within 10 minutes I have the date, amount, and check number of the payment. Our members are 100% satisfied with United American.
