Customer Service Is The Worst Aug 28 2012
I submitted a claim for frozen pipes / flood. It has been 18 months and I am still waiting for closure. Their claims adjusters are always 'out of the office' and never return messages until you start screaming in the phone or call their supervisor. It has been 60 days since all paperwork and photos submitted to close the claim and we are still waiting. All I get are excuses as to why they haven't processed the final papers. Any date they give me as a date for resolution comes and gos. They refused to renew our policy, but didn't notify myself or my broker. I only found out when my mortgage company notified me they were going to purchase a policy for me as I had no coverage.
