I've had two accidents since being with State Farm and both were handled great. The first incident was out of state in a rental car that I had declined the rental company's coverage on. I was rear ended at a stoplight and smashed up both the front and back of the nice, new Cavalier that had 300 miles on it. I also suffered a neck injury. I was expecting to be harassed by Enterprise, but State Farm handled everything. All my doctor bills were paid very quickly. My other incident was a hit and run a couple of months ago. I only had to get one quote for repair ($2500) and I had a check within one week of submitting my claim. I feel that their prices are higher than other companies, but after having such good experiences with them in what could have been nightmare situations, I will stay with them. The grass is not always greener on the other side and you definitely get what you pay for.
