State Farm Let Me Down
Since I was a customer with State Farm they were pretty good to me. Then came time for me to process a claim and the company let me down in a big way. My car caught on fire one day due to a ruptured fuel line the car was completely destroyed. I called State Farm to deal with the issue and three weeks passed before I even heard a word on my claim! I was told that I didn't give enough information when I first made the claim and when I asked them why I was not contacted for further information they told me it was my responsibility to follow up with them! Worse than that - they advised me it could take an addition two to three weeks to process the claim after I gave them the information they needed and if more information was required, more delays were inevitable! I was furious!
