Poor Customer Service
After having a step by step walk through of my last 5 months of bills, it was apparent that State Farm had made some sort of error. I was told that I made no sense, and that they were correct. However, they would have to call me back after speaking to someone in their billing department to confirm why exactly they were correct. I informed them that I was not trying to be difficult, but that I simply did not understand the bill and just wanted an explanation.
