Will Not Pay Claims
They have a history of not covering items they say they cover in their handbook. I had a standard physical then received a a bill for $1,100. They gave every reason possible for why they wouldn't pay. When I finally threatened RMHP with legal action, they paid the bill.
Would Not Pay
I had a standard physical and this company would not pay for most of the tests. A year later, they finally paid. Too big of a hassle in my life over a routine physical exam.
