Slow Claim Processing
When I had an accident my Progressive agent was right there to try and get me to settle the claim. She gave me her estimate of the needed repairs which was half of what the repair shop had for an estimate. She did not want to replace damaged parts, but try to fix them or clean them up. If they were to be replaced, she wanted to replace them with either used or after market parts, not new factory parts. Several times she did not return calls to the shop for over a month. It took almost 1 year to get my motorcycle fixed.
