I'm the owner of a class a RV. While on a weekend RV-ing trip, I had a large rock come off the soft side of a cliff allowing the rock/boulder to go under my vehicle, putting a hole in the rear fiberglass cap of the RV and doing damage to a side compartment door. I called Progressive claims and was sent to a local RV dealer to do the repairs. I paid my deductible as my policy listed to the repair shop. Progressive sent me a not-at-fault notice and with in two weeks my RV was totally repaired. At renewal my rates did go up, but only because I raised my coverage with the agent I talked to.
