Claim Canceled Because They Were Non-ResponsiveJun 01 2012
I hit a sign with my truck and called Progressive. They sent me a tow truck which pick my truck up and ran my company trailer into the sign 3 times incurring damages of $2900. I called Progressive and filed a claim. I was told that next day would get a call from a claims rep. The rep called and sent me an email. When I tried to call back, I got her voice mail. No one called me back for 17 days. When I finally did get a call, I was told they needed ME to go get a estimate and take pictures. The next day got email saying that due to my not responding to what Progressive wanted, the claim would be closed. I called and explained to another claims rep what had happened. I was informed that my rep had closed my claim and left to vacation and wouldn't be able to do my claim till the following Tuesday. Tuesday got a call and was told my claim was sent to Agero Roadside. Roadside called and said they would be back in contact in 1 to 3 days I waited till the third day before calling them back and was told I would be called in 3 hours. I called the Progressive claims rep back and was told she did her part. She would call roadside again. Now I'm just stuck waiting.
