Snide Attitude of Customer Service RepsFeb 21 2012
I was hit by a customer of progressive's. The driver ran a red light and smashed right into my $40,000 car that I love. The issue is this: A CSR at Progressive called me and told me that his customer did all the right things. She admits fault and called them right away. He sounded about 12 and had that smart tone. His take on it was that I should not be concerned that I am out my car, had to go get a rental, being inconvenienced to no end, driving a tiny rental car, my neck hurts, my daughter's chest has a large bruise from her seat belt, AND I SHOULD JUST BE HAPPY THAT THE DRIVER WHO HIT ME FELT BAD AND REPORTED IT RIGHT AWAY!!
