I found out we were not renewed after I tried to file a claim when my son hit a concrete block on the Interstate. My premiums were taken out automatic each month. When I report the claim we found that we were cancelled 12 days ago. we never received the letter that they mailed us informing us of the cancellation. The customer service representative advised us to go into our account and we could see a copy of the letter that was sent to us. Surprise, it was not there only our renewal from June.
