Poor Parts ReplacementJul 07 2011
My mint condition 2007 truck with only 36k miles on it was T-boned hard at about 50-60 MPH. I had auto body professionals that work for the same dealer where I got my truck from look at the damage. They said due to where it was hit, the frame needed to be replaced not bent back as Progressive wanted. The head owner told me that he knows from experience that it would eventually become out of alignment. So I begged Progressive to fix it correctly and they refer you to one of their "special" approved auto body places. They refused to spend the 6 grand to fix it correctly. I may end up with a lemon truck that I just bought mint condition 3 weeks ago.
