I signed on with progressive about three years ago. The company has always been easy to work with up until a couple of weeks ago. When I had my first accident the company was no longer so easy to work with. I am not responsible for the accident but I am certainly being treated like I am. I have called the company repeatedly to get the claims process underway but suddenly none of the employees know what to do and they hand me off to other employees that are equally clueless. No one seems to know what he or she is doing or what I should be doing to get this claim going. I am truly disgusted with the service I am getting from Progressive as of late and I am considering going to another company. It's a shame because the company's rates are pretty decent - but if I can't get the company to work on my claim the policy is pretty much useless to me.
