Poor Customer Service
I was hit by a drunk driver and was found not at fault for the accident and yet my rates rose. I've stuck with Progressive through that accident because I was told that my rates would go back down after I was renewed. I again was hit by a driver. Again it was not my fault and again. I was told by the adjuster that all of the damage cannot be attributed to the accident and that I should take pictures of my vehicle everyday before driving it to prove that there was not prior damage to my insured vehicle. I would much rather pay more for customer service than ever have to go through an ordeal like this again.
