Very, Very Slow Processing
at the end of last year, I called the main 800 # to cancel my policy and request a certificate of prior coverage to give to my medicare provider. The customer service rep that I spoke to what very helpful and told me that the certificate would be issued the following day. It was supposed to take 5-10 working days for me to receive it in the mail at my home. It has now been almost 2 months! The last rep that I spoke to about this said it would take 30 working days to issue the certificate! This is totally unacceptable!
