Amazingly Bad CommunicationJan 17 2014
These guys managed to put me and my family of 4 at huge risk with no insurance due to incompetence and amazingly bad communication. I received a notice in July 2013 that my policy would cease to be effective Dec 31st 2013, and I received 3 subsequent communications impressing upon me the need to complete forms, etc. to insure the continuation of my plan WITH NO MENTION of the fact they were cancelling it anyway. No phone call, no reminder, no notice on the landing page of their website with any warnings whatsoever. I only found out in an embarrassing way when a healthcare provider told me they could not process an invoice as the insurance was expired. Incompetence at its best is what you get with Oxford. Buyer beware!
