Slow repairs

If you like high monthly premiums, slow repairs, and the worst customer service, go with Nationwide. I was a nationwide insurance customer for 6 years and got into one car accident. They gave rental car for only seven days while car was still in shop and said I had to return the car or pay for it. The reason why car was still in shop? Nationwide still had not approved the repairs and tried to say it was my fault for the delay.
