Trying To Get My Money back

My son and I purchased two new motorcycles. The were insured through a broker with Nationwide/Allied. I have never experienced a more screwed up operation. Customer service stinks. Accounting stinks. I finally canceled after 3-months and then attempted to get a refund of the $760 I had paid them. I am still attempting to get my money.
