STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM METLIFE INSURANCE! While their customer service workers are very polite, the company is the most incompetent, reckless, and unaccountable with which I have ever dealt! This especially goes out to my Commonwealth employed friends and contacts. It took them over one year to realize they were incorrectly billing Commonwealth employees and now want those same customers to pay the difference. If you have an account with MetLife, you better start keeping the books. You cannot rely on them for anything.
