Overcharge, No Movement on Claim, Bad ServiceOct 21 2013
I had my car broken into and the damages were almost $3000. They got an estimate for the damages but not for the product stolen from my vehicle and assumed the case was closed. They sent me $94 which did not cover the $2000 market stereo stolen from my vehicle. My adjuster never would call me back, she only spoke with the body shop repairing damages but not the shop installing and replacing the stereo. They were impossible to work with and seemed very uneducated on the situation. It was unacceptable and I immediately cancelled after this incident.
