I have had the worst service ever. I have to hold for 10-15 minutes each time and then have to give the complete information each time. Waiting now over four months for reimbursement of premiums once my life insurance claim was denied. Over and over with scripted conversations with ages Nts. I could recite their speech I have heard it so much. If it was there money I am sure it would be direr rent. Not only did I complete a formal complaint with my state insurance commission. Very disappointed with the runaround. Losing my former wife was bad enough without this abuse. Shame E on you Medlife or should I say no life.
