I have never heard of a claim taking this long! no special circumstances just a totaled out car. Took one month just to get someone to look at it. Sent me a claim estimate, but wont cut a check until I sent them a copy of the title. I've faxed it three times, and emailed it twice, but they claim never to receive it. If they are this incompetent i'm not going to send the hard copy until I have a check in hand out of fear they will loose it and deny the claim. Worst, most incompetent, customer service people I've ever dealt with; never return calls or answer calls it always goes to voice mail. I hope the other car involved in the accident didn't have to go through this too!
