Worst Customer ServiceNov 22 2012
Seemed like a good deal. It's on the cheap side, but not worth it. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Simple thing like change of address, took 5 phone calls and 4 hours of my time. They took off my driver safety discount for no reason. Took another hour to get them to put it back on then they tried to only give me HALF of the discount than I had the previous 6 months. I have no accidents or points against me.
