I have disability with MetLife. I had a nervous breakdown and was stuck in my home for three months and only then started to recuperate. All the while, Metlife had me running from doctor to doctor getting forms filled out, and wanted me to hand deliver them to my doctors so they could process my claim quickly. The forms were repetitious and lengthy, but mission accomplished and MetLife finally acknowledged their receipt, but then said it wasn't enough information, and another month said never received them, and then it was obvious that the very same forms had to be filled out each month. I had major difficulty making their paperwork my priority when I needed to start my recuperation and get back to work. Now, Metlife comes out of the blue saying my insurance is ending. Period.
