My husband had a heart attack and shortly thereafter we had about $20,000 worth of damage done by upstairs toilet overflow. Metlife sent their insurance adjuster and wanted my husband to crawl underneath the house. It's not my husband's job. It is their job. After we told him as much, he crawled underneath the house, pulled out some insulation and thankfully A LOT OF WATER POURED ALL OVER HIM. They made us feel as though we were wrong for filing a claim.
