My water heater broke. When I came home from work I was met with 2 inches of water in my living room. The first thing I dis was call my insurance Met Life. The claim process was started. The initial response from the company was great. They were friendly and got a clean up crew to my house on a Sunday. They were awesome but had to stop when they found MOLD. Having a two year old son in the house we were eager to clean it up. Two days later I got a call from my adjuster. For some reason your system had a glitch and my payment was approved but the check was never cut.
