No Customer Service
It's been almost two months since my accident and Mercury Insurance still hasn't paid off the balance. I received letters stating that my claim adjuster would contact me on a daily basis to let me know how the claim was going, but never has she called. I have called on a daily basis and never get a return phone call. It took them 3 weeks to to find that my car was a total loss, but just looking at it you could tell. I had to purchase a new vehicle, and I am still dealing with this claim and two car payments which isn't easy.
