I filed a claim at the end of June. My rep went on vacation the following week, so I was in limbo waiting for him to get back. Then when he did get back he took days and sometimes weeks to return a phone call. So I had to start emailing as well as calling. Zero customer service. Now, three months later, my claim still has not been decided on. I did receive a letter from the hospital saying that I owe them $17,000 after being told the procedure for me getting surgery as a result from the accident was approved. So I'm still making payments on a totaled car, and now I owe the hospital, and I'm sure the doctor and physical therapists already have their bills in the mail.
