Good Customer Service
Liberty Mutual has always treated me good. I have a total of two vehicles and I have had one of my cars broken into about three years ago. The back door window was busted out and several things were taken from the inside of my car. I should have known better than to leave things inside the car in eye's view of just about everyone. After getting over the initial shock of being violated in such a way, I knew I was going to have to report the incident to the insurance company. Of course, I filed a claim immediately. The customer service staff was pleasant and didn't show me any disrespect. The claim was processed quickly and my car was repaired lightening fast. I can't really complain about the company at all. My girlfriend's parents and my parents have Liberty Mutual too and I have heard no complaints about the company.
Never had a problem. They are efficient and the few claims we've had over the years have been processed fast and fairly. we've always been treated well and they've never given us any reason to be dissatisfied.

I've been waiting 3 days to hear from the adjuster following a massive storm resulting in extensive damage to my property. As far as the accompanying claim on my auto damage, I haven't received any decisive direction from Liberty Mutual on this at all. The multiple reps I keep getting shuffled around to over the phone don't know what to do.
They've canceled my insurance without my knowledge that resulted me driving without auto insurance. They charged me a cancellation NOTICE fee when they didn't notice me at all!
I have been a customer with Liberty Mutual since 2008. I am very satisfied with my coverage and cost.
Sorry Customer Service
My Lexus was hit by someone else and they have accepted responsibility for my vehicle repairs and the wreck. I was under the impression my car was being repaired. They are low balling the value of my car. Customer service has been horrible.
