They are refusing to pay the full amount of the estimate for the of damage done to my car after I was rear-ended by one of their drivers. Infinity Property and Casualty is trying to say that I had previous damage to my car that wasn't from this accident. How could they even tell that from the pictures they were sent??

I was involved in a car accident recently. There were two witnesses to the accident and according to the police report, the other driver received 2 tickets and had his car impounded by the police. The other driver had run a red light and caused the accident. The insurance company of the other driver, Infinity Property and Casualty Corp, sent a claim adjuster to look at my car. He made a report of all of the damage and said it was totaled, but they are now refusing to pay for the damages to my car because the other drive won't report the accident.

Low Settlement

We were robbed twice. The first time all that was taken were personal items. We accepted the settlement that Infinity gave us. That was also our first claim with Infinity. During the second robbery, the crooks damaged the floor in our living room and our tiles in the dining room and kitchen. The settlement amount that they gave us is not sufficient to repair the damage. We have always paid our very high premiums with no delay. They should pay us what we are rightfully owed.
