Incompetence of HumanaDec 15 2014
I have been on the phone trying to get information about my options for another plan for over 8 hours. I am being bounced around like a rag doll. NO ONE has the correct information. This morning alone, I have been on hold for various periods of time for 3 hours. I STILL don't have the information I need. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever got. I even wrote to Bruce Broussard, the CEO of Humana. So far, no answer. Maybe by plastering his name all over the Internet, I might actually get somewhere.
