I called about rate which has been going up 15% every year and was roadblocked by a girl in billing who couldn't answer any questions and wouldn't transfer me to anyone who could. I was told someone would call me back. No one did. They just blew me off. I think if your paying $9,600/year the least they could do is answer a question.
