I was billed for a medicine that I did not order. I placed many phone calls to see what had happened, but there was a total lack service. The reps told me some information and then told me that they weren't completely sure. I had to keep asking for supervisors. In one conversation a rep read me the list of drugs that were to be sent and what dates they would next be mailed. I told the rep that I didn't think one of the dosage was correct. The rep told me that drug would be marked as "pending" until things were confirmed. They sent the drug anyway without calling my doctor to confirm anything.
