Poor Claims Process Practices

I was involved in an accident with a Hanover Insured customer. The accident was clearly the fault of the other driver; however, the customer service rep gave me a lot of grief about the accident and then sent me a claims form to complete and return. I did that (along with a lot of proof), but the claim was not paid. It's no wonder the rates are low for their own insureds!
