Lost Payment, Cancelled My PolicyApr 18 2012
Paid my bill on time, used the statement coupon, wrote my account number on the check, and mailed it over a week before it was due. Months later I get a notice of non-payment and cancellation. I called and was told it was a computer error and they would fix it, all set. Two weeks later I got another notice of cancellation for non-payment. I called again, and was told that it was a computer error and it will take a week to put in the request to fix it. But, they will cancel my insurance within a week and notify the authorities. They have had my payment for almost 1 1/2 months, I have the cancelled checks as proof. Poor service, they don't seem to care about a good long term customer.
