Cannot Remove Car From PolicyFeb 13 2013
In May I called my agent in order to request that one of my cars be taken off my insurance policy. The agent convinced me to leave the car on the policy because it cost so little to insure every month. Two months later, I called the agent back and again asked to have the car removed. He only half processed the paperwork so that when the next bill came, the car was still on the policy. I called the 800 # and was told that I still needed to pay the bill despite the conversations that I'd had and the paperwork that was submitted. When the next bill arrive the car was still on the policy. When I called and asked for a refund, I was told that they would not give me one.
