Claim not paid in full

A few months ago, I was hit from behind by a Geico customer. At the time, it was my sons first birthday and I was on my way to get his cake. I was also pregnant with my second son. My son spent his first birthday in the hospital. The claims adjuster that I was assigned is not responsive. I have to keep calling her and sometimes she doesn't call back. It's been three months and the only thing they have done is repair my car.
