After 10 years of being a GEICO customer, they want to add an additional $150 per month ($1800/year) just because they claim I missed one payment, which was made and have a record of it. Does anything of this make any sense. Then the classic explanation is that "by law" they must charge us more because of a lapsed statement. Can someone find me the "law" says they have to charge more money, please?!
