A Geico insured driver failed to yield to oncoming traffic while making a left turn across two lanes of traffic. Both cars were totaled. She was ticketed for failure to yield. Four people received multiple injuries. More than a year later, we haven't seen a penny. They tried offering half of the value of the car and nothing for medical bills.
