I Paid, They Cancelled My PolicyOct 18 2011
I submitted a payment online and received a confirmation. Geico cancelled my policy, so I called. I gave them the confirmation #. All they could say is that they could not find the confirmation, EVEN THOUGH I GAVE IT TO THEM! I had to restart the policy so I could drive home from work with no worries. Instead of the $99 that I usually pay, I had to pay $400 to restart and my premium jumped to $189.
