The customer service at Geico is terrible! We were accused of a hit and run accident and so we were frantic and called our insurance company thinking they would protect us! WRONG!!! Our agent did not try to protect us in any way and in fact gave our information to the other party. We requested that she not pay this claim until all police reports and other investigations were complete! She did just the opposite and paid the claim. She would not tell us what the damages were or the cost of repair nor would she show us any pictures of the damaged car. Now that's customer service!!
