I have seen other customers that are unhappy with Geico, but I have been a loyal customer for almost four years now and I have never encountered a problem with the company. The website makes dealing with Geico so simple that I hardly ever have to contact the company in person for anything. My questions are answered when I visit the website and I can quickly make changes to my account from my personal login page. I can add cars, change coverage, pay my bill and look at my last bill within seconds. I couldn't be more satisfied with the company.
