I was on my way to work last month when another driver hit me when I made a right hand turn. The driver was trying to pass on the right hand shoulder of the road, but because he denied any wrong doing, lied about the fact that I was making a right hand turn and signaled to do so and I ended up having to settle for half the cost of my claim! While I am not very happy with the way Geico handled the claim, I can say they were pretty fast about doing so. I am also satisfied because, at least I got partially compensated and the claim process was hassle free otherwise. You win some, you lose some, I guess. GEICO is just like any other insurance company, I'm sure.
