I had a rental car and an at fault accident. They raised my rates and still I stayed with them. I had several acts of vandalism perpetrated to my car and made claims as such. I also had to use their emergency roadside service twice. I had two non-at fault accidents - one due to construction and the other was a hit and run. Each renewal period my price raised slowly up though still was considered cheap for where I live. I was recently told that I would see a drop in my rate as my at fault premium would be dropped down. Funny enough they decided to review my policy and I just got a letter telling me that they no longer can insure me. Among reasons were the two non-at fault accidents and also vandalism claims which have ceased over two years ago when I moved into a gated community.
