Canceled Without Notification
My license was suspended because Geico failed to show proof of insurance on a specific date that I was pulled over and ticketed. I called Geico to get it straightened out and while on the phone with me they were canceling my policy, but failed to tell me. The very next day I receive an email from Geico stating to log in to my account due to some policy changes. It said my policy had been canceled with an effective date 20 days out and to call a number to renew the policy. I called the number and was told they canceled my policy because my license was suspended and I had had 2 alcohol related tickets in the past 10 years.
