Poor Claims Process Practices
I was rear-ended by a young man who was insured with Geico while I was at a complete stop. He said his brakes locked up then told the police that a car pulled out from in front of him and he didn't see the cars stopped ahead. I did not receive a value high enough to replace the car, not even to cover the damage. I am in a lot of pain and am continuing treatments. I am very disappointed by the customer service as they rush me off of the phone when I have questions.
