Poor customer service

We have premium GEICO coverage, somebody crash my car. When I called Geico, they were terrible; zero communication. I didn't get paid for the damage of my car, and I had to deal with the situation by myself, because the "GEICO examinator" closed the case without letting me know and without looking at my vehicle.
