Poor Claims Process Practices

I have been a long standing customer with no prior claims. I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault and had severe damage to my back. The person who hit me had no insurance. The claims adjusters were rude and ultimately denied my claim. I am left with over $30,000 in medical bills to be paid by me, a herniated disk, and gastritis from the injections.
